The waiting time will be between 1 and 3 weeks until the artwork is ready, depending on demand.

Modifications to the artwork must be requested during Sketch, Lineart, and Base Color. I won't make changes during the Finalization.

The progress of the drawing will be sent to you in all the steps, being: Sketch; Lineart; Base Color and Finalization.

Payments will be made through Vgen, upfront payment.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.

I reserve the right to use commissioned art in portfolios, in addition to posting them on my personal profiles. If you do not want your art being made during my Livestreams, please, let me know. (You won't be charged for asking for privacy).

I reserve the right to adjust my prices, as well as any information on the site. However, I will not change the value of an already accepted commission.

I reserve the right to reject criticism pertinent to my drawing style if criticism reduces the final quality of the art.

All communication must be done via Email, Twitter, Instagram, Discord or BlueSky.

In case of delay, the customer will be notified.

The drawing will always be delivered to a folder in Google Drive or Email, in order to maintain the quality of the art.

The customer is allowed to repost the artwork whenever they want, as long as proper credit is given.

It will be charged if, in the future, the customer wishes to change the art.

Alteration of the artwork by third parties or on your own is not permitted.

It is not allowed to resell to third parties, share the files, change them, copy the art or send the emotes to BTTV.

DO NOT USE my art on anything related to Artificial Intelligence.

The use of the art as an NFT is prohibited.
